Prize Draw Terms

1. Promoter

The Monthly Prize Draw is operated by The Fressingfield Swan (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
• Entry is open to UK residents only.
• Employees or immediate family members directly involved in running the draw may not enter.

3. How to Enter

• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
• Only one entry per person is permitted each calendar month.
• Duplicate entries may be removed.
• Entries must be submitted via the official prize draw form on our website.

4. Monthly Draw

• One winner will be selected at random at the end of each month from all valid entries received during that month.
• Winners will be contacted using the details provided when entering.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, we reserve the right to select another winner.

5. Consecutive Winners

• The same individual may not win in two consecutive calendar months.
• If a selected winner won the previous month’s draw, another winner will be selected at random.

6. Prize

• The monthly prize may vary.
• No cash alternative is available unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

By entering this prize draw, you agree that we may process the personal information you provide for the purposes of:

• administering the prize draw
• contacting winners
• preventing duplicate or fraudulent entries
